Sirsi Buys E-learning Company Docutek |

Sirsi Corporation recently announced the acquisition of Docutek, which markets e-resource and e-learning solutions. Sirsi said that, as a wholly owned subsidiary, Docutek will continue to "design, develop, sell, and support its Docutek ERes, Docutek VRLplus, and Docutek atSchool products, which serve 550 customer sites and nearly four million end users around the world." Docutek will remain in its current offices and retain general staff; however, Docutek's president and CEO Nathan Vince and technology VP Slaven Zivkovic were casualties of the buyout. |
