Customer Satisfaction Study. Among global enterprise vendors, customers rated Plateau as the leader in overall satisfaction with the LMS solution and also the leader in the vendor loyalty category. In addition, Plateau received the leader rating in solution value, total customer service, ease
of ownership and ease of use. The “leader” rating was given to the vendor that received the top rating among its peer group for each customer satisfaction category.

In one of the largest studies ever conducted of its kind, independent analyst firm Bersin & Associates asked individuals to rate their satisfaction levels with their LMS vendors and applications. A total of 660 individuals responded, providing feedback on satisfaction levels across eight major categories.
LMS vendors were broken into four categories to compare satisfaction levels of customers within similar environments. Plateau’s vendor category – global enterprise segment – is marked by customers who demand many advanced features, a high degree of flexibility and scalability and a sophisticated software architecture. Other categories include the enterprise segment comprised of customers with smaller implementations, the mid-market segment for companies with smaller IT and training staffs and the focused segment for vendors with less than 50 customers concentrated in a specific market segment. In the global enterprise segment, Plateau received the “leader”
rating for the six categories mentioned above, was rated the “co-leader” for total installation and also outperformed the average peer group rating in business partnership.
